Description
The traditional figure of 8 abseil/lowering device has been improved with the addition of ears, to prevent accidental rolling of the rope into a locked position.
Due to the rope twisting, it is not recommended for use with rope that comes straight out of a bag.
We strongly recommend that the Figure of 8 is used with a safety back up, for example a Rocker, or a Prussic loop.
